Juvenile Myositis (JM), including Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM) and Juvenile Polymyositis (JPM), is a group of rare and life-threatening autoimmune diseases, in which the body’s immune system attacks its own cells and tissues.

Funding research for a cure is near and dear to our hearts, and we appreciate any help which you can offer. We are currently promoting the inaugural Washington DC Walk Strong to Cure JM which will be June 4 at the RIO Washington Center in Gaithersburg, MD.
